Gretchen joined the Office of University Counsel in May of 2024. Prior to coming to the University, she served as Chief Legal Counsel for a small regional college, managing and advising on all legal matters and serving on the President’s cabinet. Before entering the world of higher education, Gretchen also previously worked as a litigator for over twenty years, focusing on insurance defense.
